Anna’s greatest passion in life is seeing people set free from lies and hurts that prevent them from growing and becoming the person that they were created to be. She believes that God wants to heal each individual, and that freedom from past hurts and trauma is possible. She became interested in the counseling field in high school when she discovered that her favorite thing to do was to listen to others’ life stories. She graduated from college with a degree in psychology in 2014, and spent the next three years working in church ministry, during which time her love for people only grew. Her goal is to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and she knows that God wants to use her to heal the emotional and spiritual burdens of his people. In her spare time, she loves to write, read, cook, and spend time with friends and family. She is also a contemporary dancer and is passionate about expressing emotion through movement.
She believes that joy is easy to spread and makes it a goal every day to do just that!

Carmon loves stories and she loves people!
Everyone has a story to tell. Carmon's story is that she went back to school to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in psychology, and she’s working toward her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary. She is looking forward to working with individuals, couples, and families who need someone to listen to their stories, helping them make sense out of the details. As a wife, mom, and grandma, she has lots of experience listening and looks forward to hearing from people who need a safe place to share what is on their hearts. Among the issues she is prepared to work with are sexual problems, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, crisis pregnancies, child sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and spiritual abuse.
Carmon enjoys reading, writing, and learning, and she collects books–over 15,000 so far! She also loves spending time with her family, as well as finding new restaurants, exploring new places, and meeting new people.
One of Carmon’s favorite quotes is from C.S. Lewis: “There are no ordinary people. You have never talked to a mere mortal.”
